Dr. Ashu Rajput

Academic Biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Education, a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and have qualified the UGC-NET in Education. I also hold postgraduate degrees (M.A.) in English and Sociology. Since 15 July 2023, I have been serving at the University of Ladakh, where I am engaged in teaching, student mentoring, and academic activities. My areas of interest include teacher education, educational psychology, and pedagogy. I am committed to promoting learner-centered teaching practices and integrating innovative approaches to enhance the quality of education. I actively participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes to strengthen my academic and professional expertise. Through my teaching and research, I strive to contribute to the advancement of educational practices and uphold excellence in higher education.
