Prof. Namgyal has served in the field of Higher Education since February, 1997. Since then, there has been no looking back. He has served in Colleges like Government Degree College, Rajouri; Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu; Government Degree College, Udhampur; Eliezer Joldan Memorial College, Leh and Government Degree College, Kargil first as Assistant professor and then as Associate Professor. Subsequently, he served as Principal of Eliezer Joldan Memorial College, Leh since 2017. He is currently working in the University of Ladakh in his Capacities as Controller of Examination and Dean Academic, Affairs.
