I am Dr. Mir Ibtisaam Mohi Ud Din, an educator, researcher, and academic professional with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and educational development. I hold a Ph.D. in Education and have qualified the UGC-NET, reflecting my dedication to academic excellence and scholarly inquiry. My academic qualifications also include B.Ed., M.Ed., and postgraduate degrees in English and Sociology, providing me with a multidisciplinary foundation that enriches my teaching and research perspectives. I have two years of teaching and research experience in higher education, during which I have been actively involved in classroom instruction, student mentoring, curriculum related activities, and academic research. My teaching philosophy is centered on fostering critical thinking, reflective learning, and student engagement while creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. My primary areas of expertise are Education, Educational Psychology, and Research Methodology. I am particularly interested in understanding the psychological dimensions of learning, human behavior, and educational processes. My expertise in research methodology enables me to guide students and researchers in designing, conducting, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative studies, ensuring rigorous and ethical research practices. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively participated in seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes to enhance my professional competencies and stay abreast of emerging developments in education and research.
