Academic Biography

I am Dr. Mohammad Baqir. A Ph.D holder with M.Phil Degree in English Literature. I have taught in 5 different colleges having an experience of 5 years teaching. I have published 5 research papars one paper is under process. My areas of expertise are: 1.⁠ ⁠Indian Writing in English, Linguistics and ELT 2.⁠ ⁠⁠Literary Theory and Criticism, 3.⁠ ⁠⁠Soft Skill and Creativity, 4.⁠ ⁠⁠Contemporary Indian Literature and Writing. 5.⁠ ⁠⁠Post Colonial and Diaspora Studies. Notable achievements: Research and innovation plays a significant role in the growth and progress of the nation. Literature is one of the key domains in research, where so many contributions have been made by publishers, authors, writers taking the position of literature up and above. I have my published number of research papers, bringing the issues of society, community, characters and places. Apart from this, my research thesis is based on a critical study against those novels, which have not gone well with the readers. Being a literary researcher I would always endorse to write and publish the positive side of a book, so that readers would enjoy and cherish and spread the same message about the book in general. Teaching and research uplifts the position of academia in particular and nation in general. My proposed plan and road map for five year is to dedicate myself to teaching with honesty, and keep the process of research continue and consistent. Covering and filling up the gaps of the department in which more research and innovation is to be made and done. Establishment of language laboratory, media lab, language media centre etc., to work practically on students' languages, enhance their communication and oratory skills, improve their learning ability and bringing their overall potentials through the useful devices and technologies. Focusing more on students' academic classes, making a good hold over the taught subjects, to provide a platform of competition, to crack those competitive exams for self-independent. To prepare a road way in the research demain, telling all the tips and importance of research and innovation in the very specific subject.
