Dr. Shriprakash is currently serving as an Assistant Professor & Coordinator in the Department of Mass Communication & Journalism at Kargil Campus, University of Ladakh, Khumbhuthang, Saliskote, Kargil, UTβLadakh. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the Awdhoot Bhagwan Ram Postgraduate College, Anpara, Sonbhadra (Uttar Pradesh), and as guest faculty at the Cluster Innovation Centre, Delhi University, Delhi. He received his doctorate from the Department of Mass Communication at Rajiv Gandhi Central University, Arunachal Pradesh. His research area is "Cartoon Portrayals of Mahatma Gandhi in Indian Newspapers: An Analytical Study." The emerging professor has 30 publications to his credit, including 20 research papers published in prestigious journals, 6 book chapters, 4 edited books (ISBN) and one authored book. In addition, he has presented nearly two dozen research papers at national and international seminars. He holds Master's and M.Phil. degrees in Mass Communication.
