Academic Biography

Dr. Sonam Angmo is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Environmental Science, Kargil Campus, University of Ladakh. She has done her M.Sc. & M.Phil. from the University of Jammu and completed her Ph.D. at Central University. She joined the Kargil campus, University of Ladakh, in the year 2023 and has teaching experience of three years. She has her expertise in biomedical waste management, landfill leachate characterization, and treatment, wastewater management, environmental waste management etc. Achievements are UGC NET-LS (Qualified 2015) JK SET (Qualified 2016) UGC-NET JRF (Qualified 2018) ASRB-NET (Qualified 2019) UGC-NET SRF-(2021-23)
