Biography of Lt. Dr. Murtaza Ali I Lt.Dr Murtaza Ali completed Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and Postgraduate degree in Physical Education from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. I also earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from University of Kashmir, completed the NIS Diploma in Volleyball Coaching from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, and obtained Ph.D. from Suresh Gyan Vihar University. Qualified the Jammu & Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JKSET) in Physical Education. I also successfully completed the Associate NCC Officer (ANO) Course at the Officers Training Academy, Before joining the University of Ladakh, I served as the Coach of the Jammu & Kashmir Under-14 Girls Volleyball Team, representing the Union Territory at the national level. outstanding contribution to sports has been recognized with the District Award on three occasions. researcher, areas of interest include physical education, sports sciences, and sports performance published five research papers in Scopus-indexed and other peer-reviewed journals. At the University of Ladakh, organizing numerous university, district, and state-level sports events also served as the Co-Organizing Secretary of the All India Inter-University Kabaddi Championship, hosted by the University of Ladakh, Kargil Campus, contributing significantly to the successful conduct of the prestigious national event. I committed to promoting excellence in sports, physical education, research, and NCC activities while inspiring students to achieve success through discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
